  For the most part the same as usual, having shopped at Menards here in Rochester since 1993, but this store is right by my house.
  Only shop here for it's convenience, "definitely Not for customer service"
  I can only surmise it's because I don't sound like I am from this area, the (Midwest). I honestly don't like going to a store where ,We have spent ten's of thousands of dollars ,and they treat me this way.
  There are a (few) salesperson I've seen over the years that are very helpful, but the manager and other sales people would rather not help me( actions speak loudest over words.)
  Having worked at the clinic and with the public since moving here, (in 1992) I know what customer service is! And I do drive to find it.
